The personnel was efficient and experienced. the room was tastefully decorated with nice beds and bathrooms. - There was a comfortable bar on site, liked this place.

Family-friendly hotel in a very convenient area near to sightseeing around Clare/limerick/Galway, Doolin caves, and restaurant. Had good sized room like in the pictures for a very pleasant stay for 2 nights: )

The weather was sunny, had really good stay for 2 nights. We had a triple room with a bath.

Very spacious accomodation for our family of five people. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent for touring the Limerick Clare area. It was also good value for money.

I found the hotel is one of the best I have stayed in - when it comes to undistrubed sleep. No doors slamming - no late night voices - I went there to go to a party in the area and did not want to drive home so late. I had a good sleep in as I returned to the hotel pretty late. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know using Shannon Airport - as I work there and it comes in very handy in the winter time when roads are bad with Frost !!!!

I really liked the decor. Loved all the photos and as I am a nurse, loved the outfits in the front lobby. The staff were very pleasant and our meal in the dining room was excellent with lots of selection. Our breakfast was the best that we have experienced in the 10 days of travel, with again, lots of variety and quality of food. The parking was great as there was plenty of room (driving on the other side was a challenge). The location was wonderful for our flight out the next morning. My daughters appreciated the Wifi and in general, all was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. One of the reasons that I chose this hotel was because I liked the appearance of the exterior photo. We didn't want the big American style of hotel and my daughters were not comfortable with a small b&B.

The hotel was spotless and I thoroughly enjoyed it. the room I booked was very clean, newly refurbished, and had nice beds, bathrooms, and a TV. - the property had a central location near the airport.

The room was great-sized with a TV, bedroom, and bath. A bathtub and a shower were a plus. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location close enough to Lahinch as well as all the castles.

I loved the huge family room that we stayed in which could sleep up to 5 people. There was tea/coffee facilities in our bedroom which was most welcome after returning late from a wedding reception. There was plenty of clean, fresh towels in the bathroom as well as soaps and shampoo'S. Breakfast was served until 11.00 on Sunday morning which was good because we would have missed it if it finished earlier.

The staff members were friendly and acccommodating.
